Sometimes you may not be able to find your online order. This may be because of the cookie setting you changed or closed your browser window and because we minimise collection of data for privacy it was not saved or because the order was not fully completed.
We also delete all information from the secure servers as soon as orders are actioned.
If you have finished and confirmed your order you should receive an email order confirmation with a summary of your order in it.
If you did not receive this you may have not completed your order or provided an incomplete or incorrect email address, your main box is full, or it has ended up in a spam box.
